You can start deletion from the HUSTLER app’s Profile or Account settings. If you cannot access the app, email contact@viavelatechnologies.com with the subject “HUSTLER account deletion request”.
What to include
Send the phone number associated with your account and enough information for us to verify ownership. Do not send your password or OTP.
What happens next
We will verify the request, disable the account, and remove or anonymize personal profile data where permitted. Payment, transaction, Equb, audit, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained for the period required to reconcile payments and comply with applicable obligations.
