This Privacy Policy explains how Viavela Technologies (“Viavela”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use HUSTLER, our Equb management and payment-record application.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information, including name, phone number, optional email, location details, and profile preferences.
- Authentication information such as OTP verification status, login sessions, and security events. We do not receive or store your SMS OTP as a password.
- Equb membership, contribution, draw, notification, and payment-transfer records.
- Payment references and verification results supplied by our payment provider, including Chapa where enabled.
- Device and diagnostic information needed for notifications, security, reliability, and crash troubleshooting.
- Messages and information you send to support.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, Equb membership, dues, draws, balances, receipts, and notifications.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, protect the service, and enforce administrator permissions.
- Initialize and verify payments with the selected payment provider. Only server-verified payments are recorded as paid.
- Respond to support, privacy, correction, and deletion requests.
- Meet legal, accounting, audit, and security obligations.
Service providers
We share only the information needed for a service with providers that help us operate HUSTLER, such as OTP/SMS delivery, payment processing and verification, hosting, storage, monitoring, and notifications. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements.
Retention and security
We retain account, payment, and audit records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use HTTPS, OTP authentication, access controls, server-side validation, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal account information by using the app’s account controls or contacting support. Some payment, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained after account deletion.
Children
HUSTLER is not directed to children. Do not create an account if you are not legally eligible to participate in the relevant Equb or financial activity.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated effective date here and provide important notices in the app when appropriate.
