These Terms govern your use of HUSTLER, an Equb management and payment-record service operated by Viavela Technologies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your phone and account, and be legally eligible to participate in the Equb activity offered to you. One person must not use another person’s account.
Equb participation
Each Equb has its own contribution amount, schedule, rounds, draw rules, eligibility, and administrator-approved terms. Review those terms before joining. HUSTLER displays records and instructions; it does not change the rules set by the responsible Equb administrator.
Payments
Payment amounts are calculated by the server. A payment is counted only after the backend verifies the provider response, amount, currency, reference, and status. Pending, failed, cancelled, or expired attempts do not count as paid. Keep your receipt and contact support promptly about a mismatch.
Draws and notifications
Draws and notifications are generated from the service records and the Equb’s configured rules. Delivery of an SMS, push notification, or email may be delayed by the relevant provider.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, submit false payment information, interfere with the service, misuse another member’s data, or use HUSTLER for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, legal, or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to preserve verified records.
Support and disputes
Contact contact@viavelatechnologies.com with your account phone number, transaction reference, and a clear description. Do not email passwords, OTP codes, or secret keys.
